When you join Sinclair Partners, you're not buying square footage — you're buying into a system. Every membership tier includes access to our programming library, quarterly goal-setting sessions with a coach, and a performance dashboard where you can track your lifts, body composition, and attendance trends over time. We built our pricing to reflect what members actually need to see results: not just access, but structure. Month-to-month flexibility is available on all plans because we're confident the results keep members around — not a contract.

Personalized Program Audit

Within the first two weeks, a coach reviews your movement patterns, training history, and goals to place you in the right class track and recommend any supplemental work. This isn't a sales call — it's a real assessment that shapes your first 12-week block.

Performance Dashboard Access

Log lifts, track body-comp scans, and see your attendance trends in one place. Our members-only app syncs with your class schedule and sends weekly summary reports so you can see momentum building in black and white — or midnight-coral on the dark-mode view.

Quarterly Check-Ins

Every three months, you sit down with your assigned coach for 30 minutes to review your data, adjust your goals, and plan the next block. Most gyms never have this conversation. We schedule it before your first workout.

Open Gym Access

All membership tiers include open-gym access during staffed hours. Use the turf, the racks, the rowers — whatever supports your program that day. The floor is never locked off for classes; we designed the layout so classes and open training coexist without crowding.

Membership Questions, Answered Directly

Is there an enrollment fee or joining contract?

No enrollment fee, no annual contract. All plans are month-to-month. We require 30 days' written notice to cancel, which you can submit by email or through the member app. We don't believe in trapping people — if the results aren't there, that's a conversation we want to have.

Can I switch between membership tiers?

Yes. You can upgrade immediately at any point in your billing cycle — the prorated difference is charged the same day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Most members start on Foundation and move to Athlete once they've settled into a class rhythm.

What happens if I travel or need to pause?

Members can freeze their membership for up to 60 days per calendar year with no fee. Freezes beyond that are handled case by case — just email us and we'll find a solution. Your performance data and program progress are saved so you pick up exactly where you left off.

Do you offer family or corporate rates?

Corporate wellness partnerships are available for teams of 5 or more, with custom invoicing and reporting for HR departments. Family rates (two or more members at the same address) receive a 15% discount on the second and subsequent memberships. Contact us for details.

How is the free intro week structured?

Your first week is free and fully coached. Day one is a 45-minute orientation and movement screen with a coach. After that, you're in classes alongside regular members — no observer mode. At the end of the week, you sit down for a brief debrief and we'll recommend the right plan for your goals. No pressure, no sales script.
