Is there an enrollment fee or joining contract?
No enrollment fee, no annual contract. All plans are month-to-month. We require 30 days' written notice to cancel, which you can submit by email or through the member app. We don't believe in trapping people — if the results aren't there, that's a conversation we want to have.
Can I switch between membership tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately at any point in your billing cycle — the prorated difference is charged the same day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Most members start on Foundation and move to Athlete once they've settled into a class rhythm.
What happens if I travel or need to pause?
Members can freeze their membership for up to 60 days per calendar year with no fee. Freezes beyond that are handled case by case — just email us and we'll find a solution. Your performance data and program progress are saved so you pick up exactly where you left off.
Do you offer family or corporate rates?
Corporate wellness partnerships are available for teams of 5 or more, with custom invoicing and reporting for HR departments. Family rates (two or more members at the same address) receive a 15% discount on the second and subsequent memberships. Contact us for details.
How is the free intro week structured?
Your first week is free and fully coached. Day one is a 45-minute orientation and movement screen with a coach. After that, you're in classes alongside regular members — no observer mode. At the end of the week, you sit down for a brief debrief and we'll recommend the right plan for your goals. No pressure, no sales script.
