Before You Reach Out — Common Questions

Do I need to be a member to visit the gym?

No. Prospective members can schedule a free orientation session with no strings attached. You'll tour the facility, meet a coach, and do a brief movement screen. If you want to try a class the same day, we can usually accommodate that. Just call or email ahead so we can prepare a spot for you.

How quickly can I start after signing up?

Same day in most cases. If you sign up online before 2 PM on a weekday, we can slot you into an orientation that afternoon or evening. Your class access activates the moment your account is confirmed — there's no waiting period. Weekend signups start the following Monday unless you contact us directly.

Do you offer gift memberships or trial passes?

Yes — gift memberships are available in 1-month and 3-month increments and can be purchased by email or in person. Trial passes (one free week, fully coached) are available for new members only and cannot be resold or transferred. If you're buying for someone else, contact us and we'll set it up under their name.
